Start your build with a head start: soils report and architectural plans already done
Open lots in Old Town North are almost gone. This south-facing homesite at 332 Osiander Street is one of the last, in a neighborhood of contemporary homes and modern architecture just minutes from downtown Fort Collins.
What sets it apart is the work that’s already been done. As builders, we completed the soils report and designed architectural plans specifically for this lot. Those plans were previously approved with an ADU above the garage, which could be a guest suite, room for multigenerational living, a private studio, or rental income.
