Brandon Myers - Managing Member
Born and raised in Fort Collins he is a true Colorado native! Brandon has been in the new construction home-building industry since he was a child. Having partnered in a family-owned and operated home-building business for the last 8 years he has been able to grow into the large builder community here in Northern Colorado. As an active real-estate agent, his knowledge of the local housing market helps him navigate and decide which direction to drive his building company.
Routine helps me stay on track from movement to food to quality time with my family. Staying on track helps me reach my goals internally & externally. In his free time, Brandon enjoys mountain biking and off-roading. I especially enjoy quality time with family and friends and of course, the outdoors are always a great option for both of those.
Partnering with his wife Bianca they both play a large role in the process of building from beginning to end. We want to inspire you to create an environment inside your home that promotes healthy living with ease. Helping you reach new goals inside & out.
Design Build Prosper is our new home-building venture, we are excited to build something new and watch it grow in t his amazing community we call home.
Bianca Myers - Marketing & Design
Bianca is basically a Colorado native, she has planted her roots here for over 23 years and loves everything, Colorado! With her bachelor's degree in graphic design, she has an interest in all things creative. "I love to create, collaborate and bring things to life, I especially love working with my hands." Spending time outdoors provides clarity and freedom from the chaos of the working world. Most importantly she loves dragging her 14-year-old son Atlee and their three fur babies Clyde, Belle & Pepper along with her on these epic outdoor adventures!
Partnering with her husband Brandon they are tackling the new home construction in Northern Colorado with the idea of inspiring healthy living. "From the creative floor plans and flow throughout our homes to the sustainably built products that make your home complete. We want to be conscious of our footprint and thus pass that along to our clients."
Prosper is a new venture and we are growing, learning, and expanding our possibilities with every step!
